Do Not Call Policy

Affordable Seniors Insurance maintains an internal Do Not Call (DNC) list and honors the National Do Not Call Registry, as well as applicable state DNC lists, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related federal and state telemarketing laws.

Consent-Based Contact

When you submit our quote form, you provide express written consent for Affordable Seniors Insurance and its marketing partners to contact you at the phone number you provided, including wireless numbers, even if that number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not required to purchase a policy.

Adding Your Number to Our Internal DNC List

You may request that we place your phone number on our internal Do Not Call list at any time. To do so, please:

• Submit our Opt-Out form, or
• Email support@affordableseniorsinsurance.com with the subject "Do Not Call," or
• Tell any agent who calls you that you wish to be added to our Do Not Call list.

Processing Time

We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days from receipt. Please note that requests apply to Affordable Seniors Insurance; our marketing partners maintain their own DNC lists, and you may need to opt out with them separately.

National Do Not Call Registry

You can register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the phone you wish to register.
